Madison Z. Provorny is an Associate Attorney at Console Mattiacci Law, LLC.
Madison earned her B.A from Rutgers University – New Brunswick in 2016 and her J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2022.
While in law school, Madison served as President of OUTLaws, Founding President of the Jewish Law Students Association, Secretary of the Wellness Society, and as a Staff Editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy. Madison also worked as a Research Assistant to Professor Katie Eyer, working on the topic of the constitutional rights of transgender prisoners.
In her second year at Rutgers, Madison was a finalist in the oral argument portion of the Hunter Moot Court competition. In the Summer of 2021, Madison interned at the Mazzoni Center in its Legal Services department, providing free legal services to the Philadelphia LGBTQ+ community. Madison continued in this role throughout the remainder of her time at Rutgers Law School. Madison was also instrumental in the creation of the Name Change Project at Rutgers which provides free assistance to transgender individuals in New Jersey who are looking to legally change their names.
Prior to joining Console Mattiacci Law, LLC, Madison served as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Douglas H. Hurd, P.J.Cv., of the New Jersey Superior Court, Civil Division.
