Console Mattiacci Law Alleges Age Discrimination Against AT&T

Console Mattiacci Law has filed several lawsuits against AT&T, alleging age discrimination in connection with placing older employees on surplus status, terminating older employees’ employment, and failing to provide older employees with accurate information as required by the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act (OWBPA). These claims follow Console Mattiacci Law’s successful jury verdict on January 11, 2016 in the case Gerundo v. AT&T.
