Lauren C. Bateman is an Associate Attorney at Console Mattiacci Law, LLC.
Lauren earned her B.A. from Temple University in 2013 and her J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2020.
At Rutgers, Lauren was a Social Justice Scholar and an active member of the Immigrant Justice Clinic, working directly with clients seeking immigration relief and providing Spanish interpretation and translation services to other students and faculty. In the summer of 2018, Lauren secured a prestigious Peggy Browning Fund Fellowship with Justice at Work (formerly Friends of Farmworkers), an organization that assists low-wage, immigrant workers. Lauren later went on to extern for the Honorable L. Felipe Restrepo of the Third Circuit and to compete in the Hunter Moot Court competition at Rutgers, ultimately winning the oral argument portion as well as an award for best brief. Lauren then worked for a boutique plaintiff-side employment law firm in New Jersey before joining Console Mattiacci as an Associate Attorney in 2021.

- National Association of Women Lawyers Outstanding Law Student Award for showing promise to contribute to the advancement of women in the legal community and in society through academic achievement, motivation, tenacity and drive (2020).
