Console Mattiacci Law Wins Appeal in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Disability Discrimination Case

On August 22, 2019, CML won an appeal in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in a disability discrimination case. Caren Gurmankin and Tuli Mendelawe wrote the briefs and on July 2, 2019, Laura Mattiacci argued the case at oral argument. A unanimous panel of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals agreed with CML finding that the case should not have been dismissed at summary judgment and reversed the lower court’s decision, sending the case to trial.
